Hello, I’m Allison Roberts.
I’ve enjoyed a life immersed in art and nature while working in a diverse university community. My experiences have given me the grace to see beauty in the minute and accept people for who they are. A hands-on approach yields the best results—digging in to see what’s underneath and understanding how things work. I keep working until I achieve my goals. I’m a contemplator and problem solver, dissecting situations into their pros and cons and delivering strategic decisions based on data.
My lifetime goal is to provide websites and social media content for local artists. Their stories are undertold. Providing local artists with a platform enriches the community and equips them with the tools to share their visions.
I’ve lived in Knoxville all my life, and I think it’s one of the best places to live. There are other places I’d consider, such as the Asheville, North Carolina, area or the Shenandoah Valley. I live a cozy life in a small house in South Knoxville, surrounded by adventure and love. It’s incredible how quickly a decision can change your life, and I’m looking forward to the next chapter.
I love being outside, using my hands and creating. I enjoy making, seeing and talking about art. I love painting, books, photography, gardening and cooking—but not doing the dishes. I also enjoy floating, hooping, swimming, disc golf and hiking.
I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in photo, media and 4D art and a master’s degree in strategic communication and information from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I’m pursuing a career in communications, focusing on website management and social media services. I’m open to contract work and job inquiries.
